Job Services Australia Induction Program

Course Overview

On July 1, 2009 Employment Services in Australia will undergo a radical change. Existing providers will need to prepare for this change, new providers will need to ensure they are well placed to deliver services from day one. Part of this transition will involve preparing operational staff for the service delivery and policy changes under the 2009-2012 Job Services Australia Contract.

This 1-day workshop will focus on developing an understanding of the new Job Services Australia Contract from an operational perspective so that operational staff can best work with their job seekers under the new framework. The workshop will focus on both policies and procedures and consolidate learning through case studies. Participants will also explore aspects of change management and how they can best adapt to that change.
