About the Transition

From July 1, 2009 Employment Services in Australia will undergo a radical change. With the introduction of Job Services Australia comes major changes in service delivery, policy, programs and systems.

Our Transition Services

Staff Transition Training Program

This 1-day program will guide staff through the operational aspects of the new Job Services Australia contract as well as preparing and motivating them for the changes from July 1, 2009. This workshop can be delivered as an in-house training program. Click for more information

Transition Interactive CD-Rom

As part of it's suite of resources, Job Network Assist has developed an interactive CD-Rom which can be used as a stand alone training program or incorporated into your own transition training. This interactive CD-Rom takes staff through seven (7) modules covering all aspects of UES and service delivery. Click for more information

Do-It-Yourself Transition Training Kit

This training kit is all you will need to deliver an effective staff transition program. Modelled on our own transition program and including a copy of the Interactive CD-Rom, this kit includes reproducible participant manuals, trainer's manual, sample training plans as well as resources, worksheets and competency assessments.
