Job Services Australia Induction Program	Course Overview Under Job Services Australia Stream 4 job seekers are assessed as those with the most severe barriers to employment, often multiple barriers. Being able to deliver targeted and effective services to this cohort will ensure overall contract performance. This 1-day workshop will assist participants to better work with job seekers with a range of non-vocational barriers. Participants will be guided through contractual requirements as well as best practice strategies for securing outcomes with Stream 4 job seekers. Workshop Content Stream 4 eligibility Stream 4 contractual service delivery Assessing the Stream 4 job seeker Understanding the major non-vocational barriers Addressing the major non-vocational barriers. Utilising EPF for Stream 4 job seekers Creating EPP's for the Stream 4 job seeker Stream 4 and the Work Experience phase Addressing your own fears/issues about working with Stream 4 job seekers Economic outcomes and Stream 4 Social outcomes and Stream 4 Utilising support services when addressing the needs of Stream 4 job seekers.
