Course Overview

In employment services, sometimes the process of case management gets in the way of the purpose behind it. Case management is about moving people towards employment outcomes. To be effective in this purpose, employment consultants need to know how to effectively motivate and influence their job seekers.

This 1-day workshop will introduce participants to the concept of the case management process as a forum for motivating and influencing clients. Participants will learn "real world" skills and strategies to motivate and influence even the most disengaged of job seekers.
