Fully Reproducible Participant Workbook
This kit includes a detailed participant workbook which has unlimited reprint rights. Conveniently stored on a CD-Rom, simply print the workbooks as you need them (ie: when you have new staff members). Each workbook contains background information as well as a range of self-paced or instructor led activities.

Comprehensive Trainer's Manual
If you wish to deliver Induction Training face-to-face then a Trainer's Manual is included. This manual includes copies of PowerPoint slides as well as background information and a sample training plan for delivery.

Power Point Presentation
To assist with face-to-face delivery, a professionally designed PowerPoint presentation has been included. This presentation can be used in conjunction with the Trainer's Manual and Participant Workbook.

Worksheets/Activities
This kit also contains a number of reproducible worksheets that can be used as part of your face-to-face or self-paced Induction program.

Staff Competency Assessments
Competency assessments are included in this kit. These assessments can be completed by new staff to consolidate learning and indicate competence. Staff competency assessments can be kept on file or used to identify future training needs.
