Centre for Training - CFT NSW is a registered training organisation (91230) specialising in Food Safety, Nutrition and Hospitality Training. NSW LAB/CLAGCA Approved & Nationally Accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) is offered throughout NSW - from Albury to Tweed Heads.

We offer Food Safety Level 1 "Essential Skills & Knowledge", Food Safety Level 2 "Modifying and Implementing Food Safety Programs - Demystifying HACCP", Food Safety Level 3 "Developing a Food Safety Program, HACCP & Internal Auditors workshops also Nutrition and Menu Planning for Aged and Child Care training. Food Safety Level 1 and Nutrition and Menu Planning for Childrens' courses are also delivered via distance learning. Several of these courses are delivered through local community colleges and we will provide on-site training upon request. CFT NSW's Food Safety courses meet FSANZ standards and National Child and Aged Care accreditation standards
