Module Overview
When working in Employment Services we are constantly aware of the need for a tight framework around privacy and confidentiality. Maintaining privacy and confidentiality enables us to remain professional and build stronger relationships with both our job seekers and employers. This module will introduce participants to the issues and concepts surrounding privacy and confidentiality and will provide practical solutions for implementing privacy and confidentiality principles in their everyday activities.
