PROMOTING EMPLOYER
BROKERAGE
Module Overview
Employer brokerage plays an important role in Employment Service,
particularly from July 1, 2009 as brokered placements will attract
higher 13 and 26 week outcome payments than assisted placements (FOEs).
Building a strong Job Placement strategy is important in developing
strong employer brokerage. This module aims to provide Employment
Service practitioners with the skills to begin sourcing vacancies,
supporting employers and gaining brokered placements for their job
seekers.
