PROMOTING EMPLOYER BROKERAGE

Module Overview
Employer brokerage plays an important role in Employment Service, particularly from July 1, 2009 as brokered placements will attract higher 13 and 26 week outcome payments than assisted placements (FOEs). Building a strong Job Placement strategy is important in developing strong employer brokerage. This module aims to provide Employment Service practitioners with the skills to begin sourcing vacancies, supporting employers and gaining brokered placements for their job seekers.
