Module Overview
Many job seekers find it difficult to compete in traditional
recruitment processes. A vital skill of the Employment Service
practitioner is to be able to effectively market their job seekers
to potential employers. Marketing of job seekers is fundamentally
different to marketing an inanimate object. This module aims to
develop strong marketing skills and give Employment Service
practitioners the confidence to secure placements using marketing
